Shipping policy

Shipping is free for orders over $150. Paintings over 48" will incur a $250 oversized shipping cost fee. The majority of artwork is shipped via UPS or FedEx.

All framing is custom, made by hand in the USA. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery.

We want your new artwork to arrive safely. While we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier, we will do our best to help you locate them if issues arise.
  • Monitor Your Tracking: Please keep an eye on your tracking number for delivery updates.
  • Initial Steps: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, as many "missing" items are often nearby.
  • 14-Day Reporting Deadline: If a package is lost in transit, you must contact us at studio@rebekahwebb.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Limited Liability: Because shipping carriers have strict claim windows, we cannot take responsibility for or provide assistance with any missing packages reported after this 14-day period. Once a claim falls outside the carrier's official reporting window, we are unable to pursue the matter further.
